With the Quality of Service feature, you can track the status of each table with just a few clicks. By clicking on the "table" button, you can view a log of services performed at that table, including the type of service and the time it was performed. Four Service-Related Buttons


To help you manage service, KwickPOS offers four service-related buttons: "Tending", "Party", "Plated", and "Drink Refill". By clicking on the appropriate button, you can quickly and easily record the type of service that has been performed.

Highlight Tables with Service Status


When a service is performed, the table will be highlighted in blue for 15 minutes. This makes it easy for you and your staff to quickly see which tables require attention, and which tables have recently received service. After 15 minutes, the table will return to its default color, indicating that it requires further attention.
