I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wei Sichuan Chinese, located at 35 S Marietta Pkwy SW, Marietta, GA, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Sichuan dishes, ranging from appetizers, small cold plates, and small plates to soup, beef, seafood, chicken, pork, roast duck, lamb, vegetables, fried rice, noodles, drinks, and desserts.
The first thing that stood out to me was the extensive menu, which had many options that I have never tried before. We started with a few appetizers, including the delicious Eggplant with Pork, which was perfectly cooked and had a great balance of flavors.
We also tried the spicy and sour soup, which was incredibly flavorful and perfect for warming up on a chilly evening. We also couldn't resist trying the Chengdu style fried rice, which was the perfect accompaniment to our dishes.
