I recently had the pleasure of dining at New China, located at 525 Bankhead Hwy, Carrollton, GA, and I must say, it was an incredible culinary experience! The menu offered a wide variety of options, with categories such as Special Combo, Chef Specialties, Lunch Special, Appetizer, Soup, Fried Rice, Lo Mein, Sweet Sour, Chicken, Chow Mein/chop Suey, Beef, Diet Menu, Seafood, Egg Foo Young, Pork, Vegetables, Combo Suggestions, Side Order, Drinks, Extra Sauce, Special Chicken, Mei Fun, Buffet, and more!

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu and recommending the perfect dishes to suit our tastes. The food was exceptional, with generous portions and mouthwatering flavors. Their Special Combo options were a great value, and the Chef Specialties were truly unique and delicious.

Their Lunch Special options were also a great value, with a good variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The Appetizer selection was impressive, with mouthwatering options like egg rolls, pot stickers, and wonton soup. The Soup options were also fantastic, with flavorful and comforting options like Wonton Soup, Egg Drop Soup, and Hot and Sour Soup.

The Fried Rice and Lo Mein dishes were cooked to perfection, with generous portions and tempting flavors. Their Sweet Sour dishes were a highlight, with mouthwatering options like Sweet and Sour Pork, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. The Chicken options were also impressive, with dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Honey Chicken that were all delicious and flavorful.

Their Chow Mein and Chop Suey options were also a standout, with hearty portions and savory flavors. The Beef options were cooked to perfection, with dishes like Beef with Broccoli and Beef with Mushroom that were both tender and flavorful. Their Diet Menu options were also impressive, with healthy and delicious options like Steamed Chicken and Vegetables, and Steamed Shrimp and Vegetables.

The Seafood options were fresh and expertly prepared, with dishes like Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Shrimp with Snow Peas that were both flavorful and satisfying. Their Egg Foo Young options were also a highlight, with omelets made with fresh vegetables and savory sauces. The Vegetables options were also plentiful, with dishes like Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and Mushroom with Oyster Sauce that were both healthy and delicious.

Their Combo Suggestions were a great way to try a variety of dishes, and their Side Order options were also impressive, with dishes like Fried Wontons and Egg Rolls that were both tasty and satisfying. Their Drinks selection was also impressive, with a variety of soft drinks and tea options.

Overall, I would highly recommend New China to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Chinese dining experience. The menu offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences, and the food was exceptional in both quality and quantity. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes!
